Ing. Josef Doležal

Managing Director at Bjornberg 1781 s.r.o.

As the managing director, I am responsible for all contracts and supplies realised in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on behalf of Norske Skog. I am partially responsible for the same in Poland.

I have been active in the field of selling publishing paper since 1993 and have been working for Norske Skog for 20 years now. Despite all those years, I’ve never found my job boring. I meet many interesting people from the area of publishing, retail and commercial printing houses; paper mills in several European countries have been our business partners. Moreover, me and my colleagues from the Norwegian headquarters keep constantly trying to improve our position on the market.

I spend all my free time, which I don’t seem to have enough, with my family. My wife is a physician, we have 3 sons and even one grandson. We try to live an active life. We do a lot of sports, go skiing, cycling, walking with our Labrador, and we love paddle-boarding in the summer. When I wish to relax, I do the gardening, and when I need some adventure, we often travel to the southern tip of Africa. I love listening to rock music from the 70s to the 90s, particularly to Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, and Queen.

There’s no motto I live by, I just try to live a life I won’t have to be ashamed of one day and I bring up my sons in the same way.

Josef Doležal
At our company, I am responsible for drafting offers and orders of newsprint, improved newsprint, and SC paper or for sending samples. What I love about my job is the constant communication with inspiring people.

Whenever there is some spare time, I love doing sports. I love running, going to the gym, skating and cycling. And I enjoy listening to music depending on my current mood.

And my motto? No offence to men, but it’s: “If a man can handle it, so can I!”

Oldřiška Bajerová

Senior Sales Specialist (Nornews, Improved, SC/LWU)

I am mainly responsible for demands and orders of LWC paper. And whether I love my job? Absolutely, especially when my customers are satisfied.

When I have some free time, I go to the theatre, to concerts or just on a hike.

My motto is very simple, yet I believe it’s true: “What you give is what you get.”

Mgr. Marie Spurná

Senior Sales Specialist (LWC/MWC)

I am responsible for all administrative issues associated with running our company and for our representation of selling LWC paper. What I love about my job is its diversity and the fact that I am constantly among people.

I relax by reading books, going for walks with my family or by gardening and looking after my flowers. I like listening to modern music of various genres, such as Sunrise Avenue.

My motto is “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.”

Zdeňka Schwab

Assistant

I am responsible for the Polish market. I deal with orders, sending samples, logistics as well as updates of our news. Above all, I enjoy being in contact with our customers who are very kind and friendly.

I relax by going cycling, skiing, skating, going on trips with my family, reading books or watching Netflix. Ideally, all that while listening to soul, hip hop, funk or classic rock’n’roll.

My motto is: „Always look on the bright side of life.“

Helena Škrabánek Mikulska

Sales Specialist for Poland

Similar to my colleague, I look after the Polish market. I send out samples, deal with orders, arrange for logistics, etc. I like the fact that I meet nice and friendly people in my job, such as our customers.

I love being active in my spare time. For example, by playing volleyball, travelling or hiking.

I have two mottoes and both of them are important to me: “If you want to be happy – be.”

“I’d expected more, but at least I managed somehow.”

Elwira Tutak

Sales Specialist for Poland

I deal with all kinds of situations that can arise after delivering the paper to customers. These include claims, invoices, adjusting documents, and customer service in general. This is also why my job is varied and I’m definitely far from being bored.

Besides work, I love playing volleyball, reading, going to the theatre and listening to music. I listen to anything from folk to rock and I enjoy singing, too.

I remind myself of the motto: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Ing. Martin Štembera

Customer service, invoice documents

I am responsible for sales on the Polish market. Working with clients gives me a lot of satisfaction, I constantly learn a lot from them. My previous professional experience focused on work in both printing and paper plants. I am a graduate of the University of Warsaw and Europaeische Wirtschaftshochschule in Berlin. I spend my free time with my family at various sports activities.

My motto is:
"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”
