As the managing director, I am responsible for all contracts and supplies realised in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on behalf of Norske Skog. I am partially responsible for the same in Poland.

I have been active in the field of selling publishing paper since 1993 and have been working for Norske Skog for 20 years now. Despite all those years, I’ve never found my job boring. I meet many interesting people from the area of publishing, retail and commercial printing houses; paper mills in several European countries have been our business partners. Moreover, me and my colleagues from the Norwegian headquarters keep constantly trying to improve our position on the market.

I spent all my free time, which I don’t seem to have enough, with my family. My wife is a physician, we have 3 sons and even one grandson. We try to live an active life. We do a lot of sports, go skiing, cycling, walking with our Labrador, and we love paddle-boarding in the summer. When I wish to relax, I do the gardening, and when I need some adventure, we often travel to the southern tip of Africa. I love listening to rock music from the 70s to the 90s, particularly to Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, and the Queen.

There’s no motto I live by, I just try to live a life I won’t have to be ashamed of one day and I bring up my sons in the same way.
